1-3 working days depending on service selection (though please allow up to 14 working days)

Europe

3-17 working days, though most orders are delivered within 5 working days

Rest of the World

5-17 working days, though most orders are delivered within 7 working days

For all non-UK orders, you must allow up to 21 working days for delivery. Royal Mail does not consider an item lost until it has passed 21 working days. If your order has exceeded 21 working days in transit, please get in touch so we can discuss a resolution. Unclaimed Post/Orders Returned to Vero Illustrates

When postal delivery is unsuccessful, buyers are responsible for re-arranging deliveries or collecting orders from their local post office branch. When buyers do not complete this in a timely manner (usually a within a few weeks), the postal service will return their items to the sender (Vero Illustrates). If this occur, the buyer will be responsible for covering the cost of new postage. Alternatively if the buyer wishes to cancel their order, they will be refunded their total order value minus the shipping cost. Additionally, if the item has not been returned in sellable condition, the buyer will only be refunded 50% of the item value.
